Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat to ensure their needs are met.
• Assist customers in understanding our cleaning process and the benefits of Zr Water® technology.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our system for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experiences.
• Engage in outbound calling as needed to follow up with customers or promote services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with call center operations is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
