Customer Service Representative / Retail Assistant

Our client, a market leader in shoe repair, key cutting, engraving, and watch services, is expanding their team. With over 250 stores across Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, they are now seeking a talented Retail Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join their teams at their Malvern and Richmond stores.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, your duties will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and orders.

• Upselling products and services to meet customer needs.

• Performing skilled shoe and leather repairs on a variety of items, including shoes, belts, and bags.

• Cutting keys and duplicating remotes for cars, garages, and homes.

• Engraving personalized messages on gifts and pet tags.

• Conducting watch services, such as battery replacements, pressure testing, and band adjustments.
