Job Summary

The SPE-Policy Servicing role is essential for managing and optimizing policy servicing processes within our organization. With a focus on MS Office proficiency the candidate will ensure efficient handling of policy-related tasks. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is advantageous enhancing the ability to deliver exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills in English and operates on a day shift in an office-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize policy servicing processes to ensure efficient operations.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to streamline and enhance policy documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to address policy servicing issues and develop solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all servicing activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing policyholder inquiries and concerns.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless policy servicing operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all policy servicing activities.
  • Contribute to the development of policy servicing best practices and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of policy servicing processes.
  • Support the implementation of new policy servicing technologies and tools.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to policy servicing.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members in policy servicing tasks.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to support policy servicing tasks.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to evaluate policy data and identify improvement areas.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Have a background in Life and Annuities Insurance to enhance servicing capabilities.
  • Show attention to detail in maintaining accurate policy records.
  • Display problem-solving skills to address and resolve policy servicing challenges.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
