Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
The Customer Service Representative ensures a smooth client experience by managing orders from intake to invoicing with accuracy and efficiency. Supporting the company’s mission to deliver quality branded solutions, CSR works closely with internal teams and clients to maintain operational excellence and clear communication. You'll be hands-on with systems, detail-focused, and proactive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
