We’re seeking a proactive and organized Customer Success Specialist with experience in creative or digital marketing agencies, who can take full ownership of client relationships and account management. This role blends delivery, communication, and process ownership, with the goal of driving exceptional client outcomes.
You’ll be instrumental in developing our client success playbook while building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships. This is a high-impact, high-ownership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after onboarding
- Understand client goals and ensure deliverables align with their objectives
- Identify opportunities to add value, upsell services, and minimize churn
- Schedule and lead client reviews, performance check-ins, and QBRs
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of creative and performance outputs
Internal Process Building
- Define and implement scalable processes for client success and account management
- Create documentation/templates for briefs, feedback loops, tracking, and SOPs
- Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure client feedback is implemented effectively
Project Coordination
- Manage internal task allocation, timelines, and dependencies
- Escalate risks or blockers to leadership when necessary
- Track deliverables and keep all stakeholders informed
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 2–4 years of experience in a creative or digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of creative and campaign workflows
- Proven track record in managing client relationships across industries
- Proficiency in tools like Notion, Trello, Google Sheets, and Slack
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with performance marketing or content-driven campaigns
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, ClickUp, HubSpot, or other CRM software
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, media, and analytics teams
- Experience building or optimizing internal processes and playbooks
