Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with customers via chat, e-mail, and social media
  • Assist users with account registration, login, verification, payments, and resolving technical queries
  • Be a trusted guide in helping customers make the most of the platform
  • Provide clear, friendly, and efficient solutions to user issues
  • Share insights and suggestions to improve internal support processes

Requirements

  • Are fluent in Czech (C2) and have good English skills (B2)
  • Enjoy helping others and handle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Are comfortable with computer tools (e.g. MS Office, web-based platforms)
  • Can explain technical topics in a clear and simple way
  • Have an interest in sports—so you’ll speak the same language as our users!
  • Bring experience in customer support (preferred, but not essential)
  • Have completed secondary education with a diploma
  • Willingness to relocate or commute to Brno (onsite presence required)
