Our client is a reputable company supply to th e that supports the mining industry, this growing organisation is seeking a Customer Support Officer who will be fully supported and trained.


The Position

You will be responsible for day to day company sales and converting a quote opportunity to sales. Working within a vibrant team environment; you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and sales via the phone.


Location: Beverley

Position: Full time

Duration: Permanent

Salary: $70K + super


The key functions:

This position would suit a customer service focused individual with experience or high interest in technical assistance, customer service and sales.

  • Generate new sales by understanding customers’ needs and matching solutions
  • Provide and follow up quotations
  • Supporting the field sales team with existing and prospective clients
  • Provide product and service information
  • Manage internal enquiries via telephone and email
  • Provide administrative support for the sales team
  • Identify sales leads and escalate them to external sales staff
