Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Respond to all emails in a timely manner.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers to see that they have an enjoyable experience when working with you.
  • Punctuality.

Requirements

  • 3.5+ years of experience in technical support. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Most importantly, you have a great attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proven C1-level English proficiency (or higher) is required — you must be able to hold fluent, natural conversations, as close as possible to a native speaker.
  • A strong American accent is essential, as this role involves regular phone communication with a U.S.-based audience.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Salary starting from $7 USD per hour. D.O.E.
  • Full or part-time positions available. Monday-Friday from 9 am-7 pm. 40 hours per week.
