Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
  • Assist travelers with reservations, modifications, and cancellations of flights.
  • Resolve issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding flight schedules and airline policies.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the database.
  • Work closely with other departments to enhance customer service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with effective communication capabilities.
  • Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A passion for travel and familiarity with airline operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and understanding reservation systems is beneficial.
