Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
- Assist travelers with reservations, modifications, and cancellations of flights.
- Resolve issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding flight schedules and airline policies.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the database.
- Work closely with other departments to enhance customer service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with effective communication capabilities.
- Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is advantageous.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for travel and familiarity with airline operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and understanding reservation systems is beneficial.
