Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to Danish-speaking airline customers across multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, alterations, and cancellations.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Share accurate information about airline services, policies, and promotional offers with customers.
- Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve performance metrics and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on airline industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish (native level) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
- Willingness to work remotely and adapt to a flexible schedule.
