Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support to Danish-speaking airline customers across multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, alterations, and cancellations.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Share accurate information about airline services, policies, and promotional offers with customers.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve performance metrics and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on airline industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish (native level) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
  • Willingness to work remotely and adapt to a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering customer satisfaction.
