Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat

- Stay updated about product knowledge and industry trends to serve customers better

Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service; knowledge of automotive products is advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship management skills

- Comfortable with technology and familiar with CRM systems
