Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Danish-speaking clients to determine their integration needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between client platforms and our systems.
  • Provide ongoing technical support throughout the integration process, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Document integration workflows and technical specifications clearly for clients and internal teams.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in B2B integration technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline integration capabilities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in B2B integration, APIs, or a similar technical field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in engaging with clients.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (such as ETL, middleware, APIs) is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach to meeting challenges and delivering solutions.
