Responsibilities
- Work closely with Danish-speaking clients to determine their integration needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between client platforms and our systems.
- Provide ongoing technical support throughout the integration process, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Document integration workflows and technical specifications clearly for clients and internal teams.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in B2B integration technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline integration capabilities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B integration, APIs, or a similar technical field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in engaging with clients.
- Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (such as ETL, middleware, APIs) is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
