Responsibilities

  • Oversee B2B integration projects with clients, ensuring timely and successful deployment of solutions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their integration requirements and customize our solutions to fit their needs.
  • Facilitate technical discussions with Danish-speaking clients regarding integration specifications.
  • Design and implement integration processes, including data mapping and transformation tasks.
  • Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve any issues that arise.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to clients after the integration process is complete.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure client expectations are met effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B integrations, ideally in a technical or customer support role.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies and standards, such as API, EDI, and XML.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
  • A proactive team player with a collaborative approach to work.
