Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to corporate clients in Danish via phone, email, and chat
- Address inquiries about our products and services effectively
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and requests
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance client satisfaction
- Stay informed about company services, industry developments, and best practices in customer support
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in corporate customer service or related fields is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on client needs
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
