As a Danish Speaking Corporate Customer Advisor, you will serve as the primary contact for our corporate clients, assisting them with inquiries and offering support in their preferred language. This role involves managing client requests, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to corporate clients in Danish via phone, email, and chat
  • Address inquiries about our products and services effectively
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and requests
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance client satisfaction
  • Stay informed about company services, industry developments, and best practices in customer support

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in corporate customer service or related fields is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on client needs
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
