Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to assist with their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, aiming for quick and satisfactory resolutions.
- Document customer interactions meticulously in our system.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Engage in team meetings to share insights and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
