As a Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Danish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our services. Your focus will be on building strong relationships and helping clients achieve their desired outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for Danish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Assist in onboarding new clients to provide a seamless transition and understanding of our offerings
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM systems
- Identify potential opportunities for upselling additional products and services to increase client satisfaction
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service or a similar support role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software tools
