Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to Danish-speaking clients.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to banking services, accounts, and transactions.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about banking products and services to ensure they make informed decisions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance purposes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or banking is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Interest in the banking industry is a plus.
