Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to Danish-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to banking services, accounts, and transactions.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Educate customers about banking products and services to ensure they make informed decisions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or banking is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
