Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
  • Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, including bookings, changes, and cancellations.
  • Effectively resolve issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about travel services, policies, and procedures.
  • Document all interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Interest in travel and the tourism industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
