Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, including bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Effectively resolve issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about travel services, policies, and procedures.
- Document all interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Interest in travel and the tourism industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
