Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in Danish.
- Provide support for product-related questions, complaints, and feedback.
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance brand loyalty.
- Document interactions and report trends or recurring issues to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Stay updated on company products and promotions to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or social media management is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends is highly desirable.
