- Address and resolve any inquiries or issues raised by clients regarding their bookings with professionalism and care.
- Stay informed about current entertainment trends and local regulations to provide accurate, relevant information to clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to refine offerings and introduce innovative entertainment options.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
