Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to Danish-speaking players through various platforms, including forums, social media, and live chat.
- Handle gameplay questions, technical problems, and community feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Encourage active participation within the gaming community and help maintain a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with the development team to relay insights and suggestions from the community for ongoing improvements.
- Keep up-to-date with game content, features, and community guidelines to provide accurate support.
- Record player interactions and identify common issues to enhance the player experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an asset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills geared towards community engagement.
- A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming trends and cultures.
- Prior experience in customer support or community management is a plus.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with social media tools and customer support software.
