Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Danish Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent! We are looking for a dedicated individual who enjoys helping others and is ready to provide exceptional customer support in the Danish language.

In this role, you will assist Danish-speaking clients with various technical inquiries and issues, ensuring they receive timely and effective support. Your skills in troubleshooting and your commitment to customer satisfaction will play a critical role in our team's success.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding helpdesk support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the support database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and processes.
  • Educate customers about product features and best practices to optimize their experience.
  • Stay updated on company products and market trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems and troubleshooting methods.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Valid European Passport or ID is required.
