Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality in-game support to Danish-speaking players via chat, email, and social media.
- Diagnose and resolve a variety of in-game issues, including account-related queries and technical glitches.
- Collect and analyze player feedback to identify recurring issues and improve the gaming experience.
- Maintain accurate records of player interactions and solutions provided to enhance support documentation.
- Collaborate with game developers and product teams to relay player insights and suggest enhancements.
- Stay updated on gaming trends, features, and updates to provide informed support to players.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer support or gaming support roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for gaming.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and community engagement is a plus.
- A genuine interest in gaming and a commitment to providing an outstanding player support experience is required.
