Responsibilities
- Deliver top-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, and marketplace policies efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain a positive shopping environment.
- Assist customers in navigating the marketplace and understanding product details.
- Accurately record customer interactions and feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Stay informed about marketplace trends, product information, and industry news to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or marketplace settings is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer experience.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with online marketplace systems is a plus.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and digital communication platforms.
