Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support via live chat, email, and phone in Danish.
- Assist users with inquiries regarding account management, platform functionalities, and troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and track resolutions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and update support materials.
- Stay updated on platform features and best practices to deliver effective assistance.
- Gather user feedback to contribute to the improvement of platform services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with customers.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in an online setting.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and technology is an asset.
- A self-motivated individual with a passion for assisting users in a digital landscape.
