Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support via live chat, email, and phone in Danish.
  • Assist users with inquiries regarding account management, platform functionalities, and troubleshooting.
  • Document customer interactions and track resolutions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and update support materials.
  • Stay updated on platform features and best practices to deliver effective assistance.
  • Gather user feedback to contribute to the improvement of platform services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with customers.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in an online setting.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and technology is an asset.
  • A self-motivated individual with a passion for assisting users in a digital landscape.
