Responsibilities
- Assist Danish-speaking customers with online shopping inquiries through chat, email, or phone.
- Offer detailed product information and personalized recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.
- Stay updated on current product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and best customer service practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong commitment to customer service, particularly in an online retail context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service.
- Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital communication tools.
- Proactive and adaptable to changes in customer needs and expectations.
