Responsibilities
- Act as the primary representative for Danish-speaking partners, addressing their support needs and inquiries.
- Provide expert assistance on product usage and integration to improve partner engagement.
- Work collaboratively with partners to resolve issues and provide effective solutions.
- Document all partner interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the support system.
- Analyze partner feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Partner with internal teams to develop and enhance support and training materials for partners.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required.
- Experience in customer service or partner support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to effectively tackle partner challenges.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support software is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to enhancing partner success is essential.
