Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze user feedback to drive continuous service improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media best practices and guidelines.
  • Document user interactions for quality assurance and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and their nuances.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer service or social media support is desirable.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new processes and tools.
