Responsibilities

  • Manage the software implementation process for clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their requirements and customize software configurations accordingly.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to empower users to utilize the software effectively.
  • Document implementation procedures and maintain thorough records of client interactions.
  • Work with the product development team to communicate client feedback and recommend enhancements.
  • Handle multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in software implementation or a related technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of software systems and technical principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and solution development.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations when necessary.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to client success.
