Responsibilities
- Manage the software implementation process for clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their requirements and customize software configurations accordingly.
- Deliver engaging training sessions to empower users to utilize the software effectively.
- Document implementation procedures and maintain thorough records of client interactions.
- Work with the product development team to communicate client feedback and recommend enhancements.
- Handle multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in software implementation or a related technical support role.
- Strong understanding of software systems and technical principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and solution development.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when necessary.
