In this essential role, you will manage relationships with our Danish-speaking clients, providing them with expert technical guidance and support. Your mission is to ensure that clients derive maximum value from our products and services while fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for Danish-speaking clients, delivering high-quality support and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Identify and understand client requirements to suggest customized technical solutions effectively.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our services.
- Regularly assess client accounts to gauge satisfaction, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Conduct regular meetings to assess the health of accounts and gather valuable client feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client challenges and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is preferred.
- Prior experience in technical account management, customer success, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of technology and ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also being a proactive team player.
- Experience with CRM systems and account management tools is a plus.
