Responsibilities
- Provide support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Offer detailed information on travel options, accommodations, and itineraries tailored to client needs.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and bookings for follow-up.
- Stay informed about travel industry trends and service offerings to provide knowledgeable advice.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is crucial.
- Previous experience in customer service or travel support is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Strong organizational ability and comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-tier service.
- Experience with travel booking software and CRM systems is a plus.
