Data Analyst

Work as a Data Analyst for a US utility client to manage exisitng AMI Business Operations by closely working with business SME and managers and Functional Leads.

Understand the nature of data and business problem requests, downstream business impacts, functional approach to resolve the issue and take it to correct business closure.

Document SOP's. Analyse operational issues from business standpoint and collaborate with technical and application support teams, product vendor teams to resolve issues in timely manner.

Execute and validate data fixes through SQL's, Jobs, Data fixes in production region.

Skillset:

Technical : Database Skills : SQL’s – Oracle. SQL Server, MS Access, Procedures, Functions, DDL’s

Reporting Skills : Power BI, Advanced Excel – Pivots, Charts, Power Queri

TL’s : Extract Transform Load understanding on any DB’s

Basic Understanding of SOAP – Service Oriented Architectures, XML’s, Webservices

AMI / Smart Metering : Itron Utility IQ – Head End System, Siemens Energy IP – MDMS System, Oracle CCB – CIS Billing System, Tesco MAMS – Asset management System
