Cognizant is looking to hire an experienced Data Analyst to Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to telecommunications performance and customer behavior.

What you need to have to be considered:

· Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to telecommunications performance and customer behavior.

· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance indicators.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.

· Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement within the business.

· Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and impactful manner to stakeholders.

· Support strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights based on data analysis.

· Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance data analysis processes.

These will help you stand out:

· Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in the telecommunications industry is preferred.

· Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent programming languages.

· Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent applications.

· Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modelling techniques.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· 2-3+ years of experience in similar role.

· Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $50,000.00 - $61,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
