About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Developer with 3–5 years of experience in designing and building data pipelines, ETL processes, and data ingestion workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as SSIS, Talend, and Snowflake, and a strong command of SQL. You will be responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making by ensuring the availability, accuracy, and reliability of data across the organization, including report generation and data migration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS and Talend.
  • Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for structured and semi-structured data.
  • Implement data ingestion processes from various sources into Snowflake and other data platforms.
  • Write complex SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and reporting.
  • Create and maintain business reports and dashboards based on analytics requirements.
  • Perform data migration between systems and ensure data integrity throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and reliability
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met.
  • Document data flow processes and maintain technical specifications.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS and Talend.
  • Experience building data pipelines and ingestion workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
  • Experience in report creation using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Proven experience in data migration projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with data orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Apache Nifi ).
  • Exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
  • Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation.
  • Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
  • Experience in the healthcare domain or other regulated industries.
