Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to work in this client-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in mapping L2S processes for LeadGen Customers and activating via DemandGen, PMAX, BroadMatch or other AI-powered ads solutions from Google.
  • Experience in an analytical, problem-solving role, with knowledge of Google Ads and Google Marketing Platforms including Google Analytics.
  • Experience in Google Marketing Platforms including Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of modern measurement framework, related solutions and relevance for advertisers.
  • Ability to network, influence, and work across various business functions, with strong people skills.
  • Ability to communicate in German fluently in order to work in this client-facing role.

The Data and Measurement Solutions team will combine all of Google’s data and measurement infrastructure expertise and will be at the forefront of enabling our Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients to fully capture and deploy first-party data and privacy-centric measurement. The team will actively develop clients’ digital marketing maturity of the advertising technology of the client uses.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic Data and Measurement roadmap at prioritized clients and that these Data and Measurement roadmaps are incorporated into the customer plan and/or Joint Business Plan.
  • Identify opportunities to implement Data and Measurement solutions (e.g., Enhanced Conversions, Customer Match, VBB, Google Analytics, MMM and Conversion Lift Studies) via partner, Industry Managers, Account Managers, or technical support.
  • Develop and deliver compelling industry-specific pitches for measurement solutions with a particular focus on LeadGen and value-based-biddings (e.g., L2S process mapping, measuring and respective value activation).
  • Lead complex measurement-related projects that span across different product areas on the advertiser, partner, and Google side.
  • Build strong relationships with vertical sales teams, Google Marketing Platform team, and Cloud businesses to ensure first-party data and privacy-centric measurement and targeting are prioritized and realized, when relevant.
