Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis.
- 5 years of experience managing a data science team.
Preferred qualifications:
- 9 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis.
- 4 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role.
- Experience with reporting, dashboarding, and BI.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, dashboards, data science models, and insights across our business.
- Use advanced statistical analysis to measure the impact of business initiatives, and identify opportunities to increase effectiveness through these levers.
- Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and data scientists, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the team is delivering on the most impactful initiatives, be transparent with prioritization and delivery, and influence stakeholders through effective communication.
- Drive excellence within the broader team's analytical and data science capabilities, driving the development of best practice and cutting-edge solutions to address complex business challenges.
