We are looking for a data-driven professional with expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to generate actionable insights that support marketing strategy and media optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing both short-term and long-term MMM models, and a deep understanding of statistical modeling techniques relevant to the retail domain.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and optimize short-term and long-term MMM models to assess the impact of marketing activities on business performance
- Conduct end-to-end data processing, model development, diagnostics, and interpretation of results
- Translate model findings into actionable recommendations for media mix and budget allocation
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and align MMM insights accordingly
- Create clear visualizations and reports to communicate findings and influence strategic decisions
- Support campaign planning by analyzing performance across various media channels and business KPIs
Core Competencies:
- 5–8 years of experience in MMM with a demonstrated ability to deliver data-backed insights
- Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, statistical modeling, and visualization
- Deep understanding of statistical techniques, model diagnostics, and performance evaluation
- Experience in applying optimization methods for marketing budget and media mix decisions
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Familiarity with media planning, retail business dynamics, and stakeholder collaboration
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
