Data Tech Lead/Architect

As a Data Tech Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy and infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll guide the design, development, and optimization of data solutions that power business insights and innovation.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable data pipelines, ensure high-quality data flows, and support analytics initiatives across the organization. Your expertise will help us unlock the full potential of our data assets, enabling smarter decision-making and driving operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment, enjoys solving complex data challenges, and is passionate about mentoring others while staying deeply involved in technical execution.

As a Data Tech Lead, you will:

• Lead initiatives in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Data Migration.

• Design and implement robust ELT/ETL processes, ensuring efficient data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development.

• Apply your expertise in data modeling, data analysis, and data profiling to support business intelligence and decision-making.

• Develop scalable and maintainable data pipelines using tools like SSIS and SQL Server.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Utilize SQL for data manipulation and querying, and manage code using GitHub or similar source control tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in data engineering and data architecture.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, SSIS, and data modeling concepts.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
• Experience with source code control tools like GitHub.
