We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Data Visualization Designer who specializes in turning complex data into clear, compelling visual stories. In this role, you’ll shape how business users experience data, designing intuitive dashboards, report layouts, and data narratives that highlight insights and drive informed decisions.
Your work will help stakeholders quickly grasp trends, risks, and opportunities through visuals that are not only accurate but also engaging and easy to interpret.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design data visualizations that simplify complex ideas
- Define the layout, structure, and interaction flow of dashboards and visual reports
- Collaborate closely with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand goals and requirements
- Deliver design mockups and documentation for report builders to implement
- Set and promote best practices for data storytelling, layout, and visual standards
- You won’t be expected to build the reports yourself, but your visual designs will serve as strategic blueprints for the technical team to bring to life.
Requirements
🧠 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data visualization, reporting, or a similar role
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar (required)
- Strong design sensibility and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data analysts and translate complex insights into clear, user-centered visual formats
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio (not required to build reports, but important for designing within platform capabilities)
