Database Engineer (PostgreSQL/Oracle)
Location: Warsaw

Work model: hybrid (3 days/week in office)

What You’ll Do

• Manage PostgreSQL and Oracle databases (incl. RAC, GoldenGate)
• Handle replication, performance tuning, and query optimization
• Ensure database security and availability
• Configure monitoring using modern observability tools i.e.: Prometheus, Grafana
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams on data flows
• Support incident management and root cause analysis

What You Bring

• 6–8 years of DBA experience (PostgreSQL & Oracle)
• Strong database architecture, replication, tuning, and Linux/UNIX administration skills
• Familiarity with Prometheus/Grafana
• Bonus: Financial services experience (banking, payments) and Familiarity with automation/scripting (Python, Bash)
