Delivery Manager (Technical Background)

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong technical background to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-quality product features. The ideal candidate is a process-driven professional with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and hands-on expertise in Jira and cross-functional team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery process across multiple product teams
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, business analysts, and QA to ensure efficient resource allocation and high team performance
  • Establish, refine, and enforce delivery processes to drive predictable and repeatable results
  • Maintain complete control and visibility using Jira, leveraging its full capabilities for issue tracking, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation
  • Communicate delivery plans and progress clearly with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation plans

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in software development environments
  • Strong technical background (e.g., development, QA, or system architecture experience)
  • Hands-on experience with Jira at an advanced level – including setting up workflows, dashboards, and reports
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A problem-solver mindset with a focus on delivery and quality
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a must
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum)

Nice to Have:

  • Background in fintech, SaaS, or product-driven companies
  • Experience with Confluence, or other Atlassian tools
