We’re a modern hair care brand rooted in ritual and results—creating intentional products and tools to help people care for their hair like they care for their skin. As we scale across DTC and retail channels—including a growing presence in Sephora—we’re looking for a highly analytical and strategic Demand Planner to help us stay ahead of demand while optimizing efficiency and cost.

About the Role
We’re hiring a data-driven and detail-oriented Demand Planner to lead forecasting and inventory planning across our DTC (Shopify) and retail (Sephora) channels. You’ll play a key role in ensuring product availability, supporting launches, and maintaining smooth replenishment cycles—working closely with our operations, finance, and retail teams to bring strategy and precision to our planning process.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage demand forecasts across all channels using sales data, historical trends, and marketing inputs.
  • Collaborate with Sephora and other wholesale partners to plan inventory around promotional calendars, new launches, and seasonality.
  • Own inventory planning for our DTC business via Shopify—ensuring optimal stock levels and minimal stockouts or overages.
  • Maintain data integrity and build reporting dashboards using planning systems like Cin7, DEAR, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Work closely with operations to align purchase orders with demand forecasts and supplier lead times.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate inventory risks, including stockouts, overstock, and discontinued items.
  • Partner cross-functionally on new product launches to ensure planning readiness and inventory alignment.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly planning reports and KPIs, including forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory turns.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory, or supply chain management—ideally in the beauty, CPG, or retail space.
  • Strong familiarity with Sephora’s retail planning and replenishment process (required).
  • Hands-on experience planning inventory for Shopify (required).
  • Working knowledge of Cin7 and/or DEAR Systems is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with large datasets; BI tool experience (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a bonus.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills—you can turn numbers into clear, actionable insights.
