You’ll translate real customer use cases and personas into engaging, technically accurate demos that enable our sales teams to win deals and accelerate adoption.

You will work cross-functionally across sales, product management, and demo infrastructure teams to ensure demos are always demo-ready and aligned with evolving product features. This role demands hands-on technical skills combined with a deep understanding of CPQ processes and software development best practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect, design, and develop demo builds that effectively communicate product value
  • Write, test, and deploy demo solutions leveraging ServiceNow scripting, APIs, and integration methods
  • Maintain and improve demo automation tooling, scripts, and delivery processes
  • Review demo code and participate in peer reviews to ensure quality and scalability
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on demo development insights and customer needs
  • Create compelling demo scripts and enablement materials (including videos and training sessions) for sales and presales teams
  • Own and manage specific demo features or systems with a focus on long-term sustainability and performance
  • Collaborate closely to align demo development timelines with product release cycles and go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development or CPQ solution implementation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow development tools: JavaScript, Jelly scripting, HTML, CSS, and Glide API
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations such as REST, SOAP, MID Server, or other third-party systems
  • Demonstrated experience in creating technical demos that clearly convey customer value and solution capabilities
  • Strong scripting abilities to automate data and simulate scenarios relevant to CPQ processes
  • Familiarity with CPQ business processes, workflows, and related application development (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about demo development and customer engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling stories
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
