  • Issue accurate production orders for kitchens and wardrobes.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure all inputs are received and validated before order release.
  • Verify BOM (Bill of Materials), hardware, finishes, and sizes for every order.
  • Work closely with the production and operations teams to align design output with manufacturing capabilities.
  • Perform wastage calculations to optimize material usage and reduce production costs.
  • Oversee the order processing cycle, ensuring accurate design execution from concept to final product.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source cost-effective materials while maintaining quality standards.
  • Implement design improvements based on production feedback and market trends.
  • Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 3ds max etc.) to create detailed technical drawings and 3D models.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality assurance protocols in design execution.
  • Support new product development (NPD) initiatives with innovative and practical design solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Product/ Industrial/Manufacturing or related field).
  • 2–3 years of experience in kitchen/wardrobe domain, preferably in production coordination or technical order processing.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
  • Proficiency in CAD software
  • Ability to manage design projects while ensuring timely execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
