Job Title- Deskside Support Analyst

Job Location- Addison, Texas (100% Onsite)

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Deskside Support Analyst to provide Level 2 technical support to end-users in a corporate environment. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, supporting AV and conferencing technologies, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide Level 2 onsite or remote support for complex customer issues and service requests.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Use remote access tools to assist users and perform diagnostic testing.

Triage issues related to physical layers, user credentials, and basic software functionality.

Uninstall/reinstall applications, verify hardware/software setup, and assist with application navigation.

System Maintenance & Deployment

Lead deployment of software releases, system upgrades, and patches on end-user devices.

Perform onsite installations or replacements of hardware components and software repairs.

Manage procurement and asset tracking of end-user devices.

Infrastructure & Relocation Support

Lead and support customer relocations and departmental infrastructure build-outs.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption.

AV & Conferencing Support

Host and troubleshoot Webex Events, Microsoft Teams Live Events, and other online conferencing platforms.

Provide white-glove support for senior leadership and executives during live events.

Operate AV systems including Taiden and Bosch Synoptic Microphones, Telemetric robotic cameras, Polycom/Tandberg videoconferencing, and Crestron touch panels.

Plan and operate AV setups for live events and media productions.

Record, transcode, digitize, edit, and archive meetings for streaming and archival purposes.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

Strong technical knowledge of desktop operating systems and software applications.

Proven experience providing deskside support in a corporate environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to troubleshoot across a range of devices and platforms.

Familiarity with remote access tools and techniques.

Experience with Active Directory and other directory services.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred skills: what will help you stand out

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent.

Experience with ITIL practices and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).

Familiarity with enterprise AV systems and event production workflows.
