As a Dev Lead on Retail Media Onsite Campaigns – Cross Product Team, you’ll lead solutions that empower advertisers to create and configure campaigns tailored for multi-retailer and fast-track streams.
As part of the broader Onsite Campaign group, you will contribute to high-impact initiatives that elevate Retail Media to its next stage of maturity.
You'll lead and develop web applications—introducing new workflows, enhancing usability, and actively contributing to the design and implementation of full-stack features.
Collaborate closely with Product and UX to shape new features, design solutions, and plan smooth rollouts.
Align product and customer priorities with operational and technical requirements.
Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
Drive technical decisions and help define the architecture of both new and existing features.
BS in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of programming experience with strong proficiency in at least one of C#, Java, or Scala, and a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices
Prior experience managing an engineering team is a plus
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to navigate and build connections across distributed teams and functions
