About the role

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Optimost A/B Testing KIBO OMS AWS CloudWatch JavaScript ES5/ES6 Optimizely Google Optimize and Adobe Target. Experience in the Transportation & Logistics domain is essential. The role involves day shifts with no travel required.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies using Optimost and Optimizely to enhance user experience and drive business growth.
• Utilize KIBO OMS to streamline order management processes and improve operational efficiency in the Transportation & Logistics domain.
• Monitor and manage application performance using AWS CloudWatch to ensure optimal system functionality and uptime.
• Write clean efficient and maintainable code in JavaScript ES5/ES6 to support various web applications and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Google Optimize and Adobe Target for personalized marketing campaigns.
• Analyze data from testing tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations for product improvements.
• Ensure seamless integration of testing tools with existing systems to enhance overall user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to A/B testing and order management systems promptly.

What you need to have to be considered

• Possess strong experience in Optimost A/B Testing and Optimizely for effective experimentation and analysis.
• Demonstrate proficiency in KIBO OMS to manage complex order workflows efficiently.
• Have solid knowledge of AWS CloudWatch for monitoring and maintaining application performance.
• Exhibit expertise in JavaScript ES5/ES6 for developing robust web applications.
• Show capability in using Google Optimize and Adobe Target for targeted marketing efforts.
• Bring domain experience in Transportation & Logistics to understand industry-specific challenges and solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Application will be accepted until September 22, 2025

The annual salary for this position is between $59,000- $90,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
