What You Will Do:

This role will be part of a centralized marketing governance team and will work collaboratively with team members to provide support in multiple areas of digital marketing governance.

• Subject matter expert for QR code creation and application according to enterprise standards and brand guidelines, offering consultation and guidance to internal teams and agency partners

• Consult marketing partners to understand marketing goals and create QR codes aligned to enterprise objectives

• Provide day-to-day support for QR code creation and management

• Manage QR code workflow queue

• Use standard QR code creation platform to create new QR codes for marketing partners

• Manage QR code creation and application process for prime products

• Manage requests related to QR code reporting

• Audit QR codes to ensure ongoing functionality and that standard application processes are applied; this will include leading and facilitating regular communication with partner teams to ensure audits are completed and standards are met

• Manage QR code support inbox

• Provide user administration, access approvals, set up, onboarding, & training for QR code creation platform & reporting dashboards

• Troubleshoot QR code platform issues

• Manage relationship with QR code platform vendor

• Present enterprise strategies, governance, and reporting on a regular basis

• Create and maintain documentation related to QR code tools and processes

• Research new tools and techniques for monitoring product efficacy

• May require working outside regular business hours at times (weekends and evenings)

What You Will Have:

Business Analysis: Knowledge of business analysis and the set of tasks, techniques and tools required to identify business needs; ability to recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Software Change Request Management: Knowledge of software change request management; ability to manage software product change requests from customers, prospective customers, vendors, and internal staff.
Software Problem Management: Knowledge of strategies, practices and tools for resolving software problems; ability to manage software problems in installed software products.
Software Product Business Knowledge: Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Knowledge of UAT activities, tasks, tools and techniques; ability to design, implement and evaluate acceptance tests for end-users.

Considerations For Top Candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing/marketing communications or digital field or equivalent work experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital experience consulting, software product management, web or related areas

• This role is internal client-facing and requires strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; the role will be communicating and consulting with business partners every day

• Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed organization

• Demonstrated experience managing intake and workflow of projects

• Demonstrated experience with customer service or responding to business partner inquiries to troubleshoot and address problems

• Demonstrated experience creating & maintaining complex processes

• Demonstrated experience building relationships, ability to persuade as well as negotiate to solve problems

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks at once

• Experience with Kezzler Target & Track platforms

• Analytical/Problem solving skills

• Project Management skills

• Exceptional client services and support skills

• Understanding of digital technology and systems

• Experience working in process design

• Experience building & maintaining internal communications & processes through Microsoft SharePoint

• B2B and B2C experience, working with large brands/complex organizations

• Demonstrates initiative to identify and solve problems

• Proactively seeks out opportunities to improve processes and workflows

• Demonstrates a curious, action-oriented, and inquisitive approach to work

Summary Pay Range:

$87,480.00 - $131,280.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
