This position combines marketing execution knowledge with account management. You will plan and oversee SEO, paid media, email, and conversion work while keeping clients informed and specialists aligned. You can recall what a client said on the 3rd email of a 84 email thread 2 months ago while also being able to dive into Figma or an ads account to fix any last minute hijinks.
Channel Strategy & Planning
- Translate business goals into full-funnel media mixes and test plans.
Hands-On Optimisation Backup
- Step in to tweak bids, audiences, or landing-page copy when needed.
Analytics & Insight Delivery
- Build Looker Studio dashboards; run cohort and attribution analysis.
- Convert numbers into action items for creatives and devs.
Client Education & Expectation Setting
- Explain platform changes (e.g., cookie deprecation) in plain English.
- Negotiate priorities and phase approaches when budgets shift.
Problem-First Mindset
- Diagnose performance dips, tech glitches, or creative fatigue - and rally the right experts to fix them fast.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years running paid and organic digital programs; deep expertise in at least one channel.
- Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, basic SQL/Sheets; familiarity with CDPs is a plus.
- Proven client-facing chops and storytelling with data.
- Ability to brief and manage designers, devs, and copywriters.
