We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in building and optimizing campaigns across Search and Social platforms. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, a strategic mindset, and the ambition to accelerate their career in a high-growth environment, working across some of the most exciting brands in the market.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning for biddable media buying, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of biddable media campaigns across multiple channels, maintaining best-in-class industry standards.
  • Provide strategic and creative guidance to the team to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Continually optimize ad accounts to achieve maximum ROI and client satisfaction.
  • Manage client relationships, handle escalations when necessary, and collaborate closely with internal teams.
  • Conduct account audits to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and structure of the paid search team, assisting in training and mentoring team members.
  • Develop and implement innovative campaigns tailored to client goals, while managing budgets to ensure optimal spend allocation.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, tracking KPIs such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Provide mid- to long-term strategic planning focused on brand growth and market positioning.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and audience behaviors to drive innovative paid media approaches.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts, ensuring high-quality solution design and effective management approaches.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Performance Marketing with a focus on Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Advertising, and other biddable media platforms (e.g., Bing Ads).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • High attention to detail and precision in execution.
  • Strong business acumen and budget management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Advertising Certification is a plus.
